How to use
Simplest of all, put lemon in a diffuser, be it in an apartment, an office or a wellness centre. For the body, always dilute it: combine it with sunflower or sweet almond oil, or with oil pressed from grape seeds, and use only that mixture for massage. Pure oil never goes straight onto the skin.
