How to use
Use it on the skin only once diluted: 3 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil for a massage. Evenings, add 3–5 drops to a diffuser, or about 5 drops to a warm bath. Sensitive people may experience irritation; stop using it if nausea, headache or redness appears. Don't take it by mouth unless a doctor supervises.
