EMA Wellness contains wooden madero elements for back massage, the core of the EMA technique for working on the back. The elements are made in the European Madero Association's own production, to the original designs, and look different from anything else we sell; they are sold only as a set.

How to use
- Check that the back has no damaged or irritated skin, then apply oil and warm up the muscles with your hands.
- Guide the elements along both sides of the spine, never over the spine itself.
- Work the shoulders and neck with shorter movements and lighter pressure.
With other tools
With the elements, the therapist achieves deep pressure without much force, so even a long back treatment puts less strain on the hands. Sets for the body, face, feet and vacuum massage are among the other EMA kits.
