The goods (services) sold through the Website possess the properties necessary for the regular use of this type of goods in accordance with its purpose, which is defined in the Product Safety Certificate. The conformity of the goods to the contract is EXCLUSIVELY determined based on the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the Certificate of Product Conformity.

The selling price of the goods is indicated with each item, and the possibility of purchasing goods with a special price benefit or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the online store.

We strive to be as precise as possible in the product description, image display, and the prices themselves, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. The images do not have to be 100% identical to the products. All items shown on the site are part of our offer and it is not implied that they are always available.

Customs and VAT for international shipments

 All4massage Global d.o.o is located in Serbia and we ship all packages from Serbia. Therefore, we cannot influence the amount of customs duties and VAT, as these costs are exclusively determined and calculated by the buyer's country.

Delivery price 

We ship the ordered goods via the courier service AKS EXPRESS KURIR for Serbia and the POST OF SERBIA for all other countries. The delivery price varies depending on the weight of the package, ranging from 350 dinars to 50,000 dinars for all customers in Serbia and abroad. Delivery costs are added to the product price and are displayed together with the product price during the ordering process on the Website.

In the case of goods exchange, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. We may split your order upon delivery into multiple parts depending on the availability of the goods in the warehouse (it may happen that it is located in another store or warehouse in another city). This will not cause any additional costs for the buyer.

Delivery procedures 

The shipment arrives at the address within a period of 3 to 5 business days for Serbia and 7-14 business days abroad. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, you have the right to refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify us by calling +381655222682 or by sending an e-mail to office@all4massage.com. If the shipment is not damaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier's receipt.

Payment methods 

Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards - VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payment. Card payments are realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and BANCA INTESA and are carried out in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the data from the payment card, as well as through the PayPal payment institution.

After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, and then the order is approved and enters the further preparation process for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.

The transaction will be completed, and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are ready for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that the payment is not completed or the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of the order, that order will be voided and canceled. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved on your account will be released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same order or create a new one and make a payment related to it.
